Made with the same traditional recipe and the same amount of dough as our full-size baguette, but shaped into a plumper 8-inch loaf, it delivers the same crusty exterior and soft, chewy interior in a size that's perfect for sandwiches. Split it lengthwise for a hearty sub, pair it with soup, or serve it alongside your favorite charcuterie. Like everything we bake, it's made in our dedicated gluten-free bakery, so those with celiac or gluten allergies can enjoy classic French bread without worry.
