Deux Pates ships perishable baked goods.  As such, we DO NOT accept returns on food. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Deux Pates is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information provided; or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package. Deux Pates is also not responsible for damage or loss due to improper receiving, storage or handling after delivery.
