The start of a proper gluten-free stuffing. Our Rustic boule, crust on, cut into cubes and dried low and slow until crisp all the way through. Nothing added: no oil, no salt, no herbs, so you season them your way.

Net weight: 400 g (14 oz). Made from two of our boules. Keep the bag closed and store at room temperature.
Ingredients: water, potato starch, whole grain brown rice flour, whole grain sorghum flour, sweet white rice flour, tapioca flour, agave syrup, psyllium husk, olive oil, xanthan gum, active dry yeast, salt, cream of tartar.
Contains none of the major food allergens.
