Let’s be real,  finding a truly great gluten-free chocolate chip cookie is harder than it should be. Too crumbly. Too dry. Too “health food.” We weren’t going to put our name on one until it was right. And by right, we mean: golden-brown edges, soft and chewy centers, generous pools of melted chocolate, and that perfect bakery aroma that fills the whole room.

We tested. We tweaked. We ate a lot of cookies. And now they’re ready for you.
