Ingredients
2 thick slices of Deux Pates French Boule (Any flavor is delicious)
1 ripe avocado
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp hot paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder
Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Good pinch of dried red chili flakes
Sea salt flakes
Directions
Preheat the broiler. Drizzle the bread slices with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt flakes, and place under the broiler.
Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh and mash it with the lemon juice, the spices and a little salt
Spread the toasted sourdough with the mashed avocado
Sprinkle with chili flakes and serve immediately.
