Fresh Mozzarella
Butter
Instructions
Slice the French Boule
Slice the Fresh Mozzarella (1/4 inch thick slices recommended)
Place the Mozzarella to cover most of the slice of bread
Close the sandwich and spread a small amount of butter on the top slice
Use a Grill Press for best results. Optional to cook in a pan.
