Delicious 100% gluten free French toast made in no time

These French toasts can be made in minutes (literally). They are gluten free, celiac safe and taste simply amazing. No long story, let's dig in!
Ingredients
3 Deux Pates Gluten Free Brioche - Optional to use the Chocolate Brioche for extra fun:)
3 Tbsp. of brown sugar (42g or 1.5oz) *
1 cup of milk (240g or 8.4 fl oz)
3 eggs
1.5 tsp of vanilla extract (5g or 0.2 fl oz)
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
* As always, for celiac and people with high sensitivity to gluten, make sure to purchase products that are free from cross-contamination. For brown sugar, Domino and Wholesome are good options, but others are available if you want to research.
Directions
In a 1 gallon Ziploc bag, add the eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Close the bag and shake the mixture until uniform
Cut the brioche into 1/2in thick slices
Add 3 slices of brioche at a time to the Ziploc bag and shake bag gently for about 30s until the slices are completely covered in the mixture. Let them rest in the bag for 1 minute.
Transfer the slices to a hot skillet and cook each side until golden brown (3 to 4 minutes per side)
Serve hot
These taste amazing with maple syrup, fresh fruits or even Nutella!

Tip: You can close the bag and keep the left over mixture in the fridge for the next morning. 2 days in a row, it doesn't get any better :)
