Ingredients
Makes 4 sandwiches
8 slices of Deux Pates French Boule (The Rosemary Olive Boule tastes great also)
4 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
8 oz Brie cut into slices
2 Large pears, cored and sliced
3 oz baby Arugula
Drizzle of honey vinegrette (Recipe below)
Honey Vinegrette
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Make the vinegrette by combining ingredients
Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil
Assemble sandwich with pears, brie and arugula
Toast in toaster oven or in an air fryer
Sanwich can also be assembled and enjoyed cold
Drizzle with the honey vinegrette et voilà!
